Whether they want to replace it or not, contact them again and report
your results.  If they can't fix the problem for you then I would think
they would have to refund or replace the unit for you if it isn't
working as advertised.  Don't be angry, but be persistent and
professional.  You paid good money for a working unit and they haven't
provided it yet.  That's MY opinion.
