On my XP Pro desktop I have a folder containing 50 shortcut icons.  Lately I've noticed the icons are taking longer to 'flesh out' when the folder is opened.

With all the speed tweaking I've done, it's possible that I've inadvertently modified my icon cache settings - can someone tell me how this area is controlled?
