Believe it or not, it could be the BIOS. I had this problem with Epox (and
other dodgy brand) mobo. No boot disk will work (only works within windows,
but what you need boot disk for if you already in windows?) until I change
another different brand of floppy drive, (usually Sony won't work, but
Panasonic will). since all floppy drives (for PC) are standard, I don't
understand why, but it does happen.
