From what I've been able to piece together from your e-mail it sounds like
you don't have the new motherboard set up correctly. First: can you get into
the bios of the new board? If so; are the controllers set up correctly and
does the bios detect the hard drive and floppy correctly? I've downloaded
the support manual for this board (I've been thinking of getting it myself).
And there are a couple of places that you could have a problem. The boot
sequence could be set up wrong. (Not allowing a boot from floppy). The hard
disk controller may not be set to automatic for detection. I'd advise
looking at the manual for the new motherboard and taking things one step at
a time.
