If you can get a Windows98 startup disk you might be able to boot with
it and access the CD-ROM drive.  It worked for my old CD ROM drive, but
not with my DVD drive.  I would then recommend copying all of the files
in the WIN95 directory to the C drive if you have the room and install
from the hard disk.  This will cut down on hassles with system changes
later.
