I couldn't get my modem to connect so I tried to activate over the
phone with the automated system. It told me the id I entered wasn't
for a valid product. I ended up having to go to the activation screen,
telephone, and change the key to the product key on the xp cd
envelope. Then activation went smoothly. Thanks Hugh.
