Welcome to the world of cheap games :-(

Search the reg files for any and all pointers to the A drive, i.e. a:
and delete them. You might want to export them first just in case they
are necessary but I can't think of a reason that they would be but the
ole saying "measure twice, cut once " has saved me many times.

My son's laptop has started to act funny, so he says.  He had loaded
some CDROM games onto his computer, but the "sound" drivers were not up
to snuff for them so he deleted them.  But now, whenever he starts up
his laptop, when the icons start appearing on the desktop, the floppy
drive starts up and will either run for about 2 minutes or until he
sticks in a blank floppy.
