What constitutes low system resources..??
I have a HP Pavilion AMD 800 Mhz system, with 128MB RAM, running Win
98 SE.
When I do a cold boot, i have about 39 % free resources ..per the
performance tab under System in the Control Panel. What is the
effect of this on normal processing ?
Of course i have a number of things that start up at startup..but on
another machine I have essentially the same things starting and wind
up with 75 % free resources after a cold boot..?? That machine is a
pentuium 200 Mhz...with Win 95.

Are there any tips or tricks to improving the percentage of free
resources....??

thanks ..all of you folks are wizards..!!
