I am having that problem right now and need the same assistance.  I have the
All in Wonder 7500 and AMD 1500+ with a different motherboard.  I had
microsoft tell me that I was sharing to many IRQ's, but everything reads
o.k. on my PC.  I get a lot of freezes.
I have XP Home.
