The easiest way is to run the Network setup wizard.
Start/Settings/Network connections. "Set up a home or office network".
You'll get a chance to choose File and printer sharing.
If your LAN shows in Network connections, Right-click the icon, select
"Properties" and then select "File and printer sharing".
You'll also need to select which printer(s) and files to share.
