Hi,
I have a DSL router connecting several PCs to a single broadband line. When one of the PCs is running Kazaa, it 'steals' almost the full bandwidth
from other PCs. Is there a way to limit the usage of bandwidth by specific
PCs?All the PCs run Windows 98, 2000 and Windows XP.
