I have an uneasy feeling the Ghost2003 might be "too old" for an
AMD64 machine. (Especially the "64".)
I also was under the impression Ghost2003 did not support
multi-boot...  (Both of ideas could be wrong, I switched to Acronis.)

I would try things from the Recovery Console like and FIXMBR
and FIXBOOT.  The first will likely give a scary warning about:
