FDISK is a partition tool not a format. You can boot
your computer into dos mode and type format c: and it
will erase everything on the drive. If you are
interested in deleting your partitions run the fdisk
and follow the on screen instructions it is very
simple. once you have formatted or repartitioned (
you will have to run the format after a partition)
boot the computer up with a boot disk or boot with the
win98 CD-ROM if you computer is capable and run the
d:\setup (d: being your CD-ROM) and follow the on
screen instructions. It is much similar to win95
perhaps a bit easier. Hope this helps.
