I think the below is what I used in my old system that had the same CDROM drive as yours...you also need the MSCDEX
statement in your autoexec.bat ( c:\windows\command\mscdex /d:mscd0001 /l:d )
DEVICEHIGH=C:\CDROM\CDMKE.SYS /D:MSCD001 /SBP:220 /A:0 /M:15
