There are utilities like Abacus' CMOS.EXE that save the SETUP to a floppy and
return it to the CMOS.  You can also get into SETUP and hit <Shift>-<PrtScrn>
to print each screen as you page through SETUP.  If you are just a little bit
worried, you can do both before you pull the plug and change the battery.

Note: You will need a bootable disk (check it out first), too.
