I also had the same problem, and it got solved once i gave it the Driver.
 Press F6 when the installation start, and it will ask u for the Driver
 Floppy.
 But What to do when I want to install RedHat 7.0. RedHat also doesn't have
 the Driver in it. And manufacturer only gives a .bz file on his site.
 Any idea what to do with that bz file
