pal u have to enter delete button to get into BIOS in dell computers.
i have a dell computer too and after entering the BIOS by pressing delete
button
go to advanced setup and there go to booting options whre the 1st boot
device is always the
hard disk drive change it to cd or dvd drive and press f10 to save and exit
for rebooting
then put ur cd or dvd into the drive for installing then press any key when
it asks to press
and then install the OS u prefer .the job is done
