Greetings everyone.

I am trying to repair a machine for a client and I need help.

My client purchased the machine from a friend who installed Windows 98
and some other software. I don't know if he did a clean install or not.

The problem is the Sound card in Device Manager shows up as an
Exclamation mark. I have tried several different drivers and software
but the results are still the same.

The machine is a Packard Bell Legend 3550 (No Comment) The
soundcard/modem is a SRS 3-D Stereo, SRS Technology under license from
SRS Labs, Inc.

I have been to the PB site and there wasn't any drivers for the card. I
also went to SRS Labs site and was informed that they only supply the
technology.

If anyone has information as to where I can obtain the drivers, generic
or not I would be happy to do the leg work.

Sincerely,

Frank Suszka
