Gerardo,

Unless you are willing to replace the NIC that only has RJ45, there isn't
any reason to discuss which cable is better.  Only one will work for you.
However.....
For only two PCs, a cross-connected UTP cable is cheaper.
For more than two PCs, coaxial cable is cheaper (no hub needed).
Coaxial cable is easier to attach connectors.
Coaxial cable is VERY old technology.
Coaxial cable needs a special resistor terminator on each end.
Coaxial cable needs a special "TEE" connector for each NIC.
Coaxial cable is easy to add more PCs to the network.
Category 5 UTP cable can transmit data 10 times faster than
a coaxial network (but needs special NICs too)
