ello all

i have a normal 10Mbit winbond W89C940 PCI  Ethernet Adapter. when I
install it windows detects is and asks for the windows CD-rom and starts
coying the drivers. when the copying process reach about 98% i get a
message that tells me that the file w940nd.sys and cant be found in the
windows CD-rom.

i got the exact same problem when i installed win98SE.


any kind of help will be appriciated
