I have experimented with them, but for my purposes a actual NIC is
still the best way to go. Note you don't actually get 100 Mb's
through the unit. It can only go as fast as the USB bus. It can
interface into a 100 MB Ethernet network though.

Probably good for a home network situation that doesn't see heavy
usage.
