There is some limited info available at http://www.56k.com on settings
for Rockwell modems. At
http://www.rss.rockwell.com/techinfo/pc/resource_files/pdf/1048r4.pdf
there's a file that details the settings for a certain family of
Rockwell modems, which may or may not be similar to yours. In that
document, they refer to the command &Ln, where n is either zero (for
dial-up operation) or non-zero (for leased line operation). They also
make reference to S27 Bit 2 for the same thing. I hope this gets you
started in the right direction.
