First, try reseating the video card. Second, check for the most current
drivers for the vid card. Third remove the sound card and see if things
work ok without it. What programs make it quit?

If all else fails, use a hammer, and if that don't work get a bigger
hammer! just kiddin : )

Subject: AGP problem

I am building a new computer 2.26 intel processor using a intel 845gbv
motherboard. I have added a chaintech ti4600 AGP video card and a
creative audigy sound card. I have installed windows xp as the os. When
I attempt to start some programs the monitor goes blank.. and the amber
light comes on showing that I have lost "feed" to it from the computer.
any ideas? Karl Johnson
