Yes, 66Mhz, unless you can oc(overclock) your processor via settings on your
mobo.  Now you can see where performance mainly comes from (FSB). Also, your
timing setting can allow you 33% faster performance if your memory is
CAS2(mostly 133mhz chips) vs CAS3. The mobo is the most important
performance piece, next the processor and memory. If your mobo does not
allow these change in settings, you must contend with what you have.
Maybe someone knows a trick that will allow otherwise, but your timing must
