We are looking for a good proxy program for internet access where one
machine is the gateway, I would appreciate any help you can give us. We
have tried using Wingate, but have had no luck with it, of course we
could be setting it up wrong.

I have been using Sygate since Christmas on three peer-to-peer
computers. My daughter dials up on a fast PC with an external U.S.
Robotics modem hitting 51 KB and the other computers share. It has
worked well. Wingate is also an excellent proxy program, but is more
difficult to set up in my opinion.
