Sure Mike, there are Win95 drivers available for Reveal. This web page;
http://ecs.simplenet.com/reveal.htm no longer has Reveal support, but
has a bunch of links to Reveal info and drivers. The drivers you will
need depend on which model and revision sound card you have. In my
experience, Win95 comes with the proper drivers needed for the cd-rom.
The sound card can be tricky to set-up in w95, but it can be done.
The Win95 drivers should also work in win98, but I can't guarantee.
I hope this helps.
