Hi there; I hope someine can help me with this problem:

for the past few days whenever I click on a link or on one of my desktop items I do not get the full screen of the thing I have clicked on.  All I get is the blue strip at the top of the screen which I then have to expand to see the whole page.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening and what I can to to rectify it?
