I'm running that EXACT configuration @ 380mhz for the past 6 months.  Make
absolutely certain that you have adequate heatsink and fan.

I belive the Bus was set @ 94mhz and the clock @ 4x.

A good test on whether or not (assuming the computer boots @ 380mhz) you
should keep this setting is to run an intense game like Quake.   If the
machine restarts in the middle of the game, you have a processor that will
soon die if you continue @ the overclocked speed.
