Gregg, Very easy. There are other ways but I use CCleaner.  Open CCleaner go to tools, click System Restore, view all of your dated restore points.  Delete as needed.  Hint: I usually keep oldest one, or ones created prior to major system changes.  BTW, XP Rules and you can make IE-8 more secure by turning on SmartScreen, InPrivate Browsing, and Tracking Protection, all off by default in IE.  Also, IceDragon or Mozilla browsers make XP more secure.

Hope this helps!

Hi,
I'm wondering is there's any way to delete old restore points without
deleting ALL of them?
