Hi PC Build folks,

I have a brand new computer running Windows '95 that a user tried to
add another printer to. In the process of doing that, she now has
lost all her printer definitions, and the Add Printer button no
longer works. When I try to add a printer, it just hangs and
eventually tells me it's not responding.

Do I need to reinstall Windows (don't really want to!) or is there
some way to just reinstall the printers feature?

Thanks for your help!

Holli
