Maybe I misunderstood the original question,
or someone else is looking for the following part.
IF the two rows of "5 pins" are on a USB ready mother
board, BELKIN makes a Dual Port Cable Assembly, with
a standard metal mounting bracket for a card slot
rear case mounting.  #F3U001 $14.99 retail.
Versions of Win95 above "A"(OSR1) need the universal
serial bus (USB) driver, and possibly another "patch".
