I am running Vista home premium and I installed Quicktime and everytime I try to view .mov files it says "additional plugins required", so I click on window to try and install additional plugins and I get the following message:  Unknown Plugin (video/x-ms-wmv)  I also can not play certain games without it crashing.  I had no problem with this game when I first bought my pc but when I took it into Best Buy for their "Advanced Security & Performance" I have had this problem ever since.  Everytime I put the disc in I get this message:  Setup.exe  Unidentified Publisher
