Either that's a 6.83GB disk or it's being incorrectly reported by the BIOS.
Download and run Aida32 from:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download181.html
Look under Storage/Physical Drives to get the model number and capacity
of your drive.
What's the model and manufacturer of the computer?
Does your computer documentation offer any info?
