For the sake of completeness, the URL for Samsung Electronics is
http://www.sosimple.com. You can request an RMA number and submit a
problem report at that address. I recently had a client who's Samsung
4.3 GB drive died, but unfortunately the replacement drive was received
DOA, so I'm waiting for replacement #2.
