Thanks to all those that responded.....it looks like the board died.
I got down to the board on the bench with different  CPU....PS... RAM and
video ...and it still won't post.
I was getting a continuous beep beep which is indicative of a System or Ram
failure however since the beep only occurs using certain video cards I was
hoping I had a corrupt Bios or something solvable...but further
troubleshooting confirmed that the motherboard is dead.
I have never seen one die so suddenly and completely.
