This can't be right.  Even my win 3.11 PC sees FAT32
and NTFS partitions as if they are fat16.  You may get weird
directory statistics for free space and space used but the file
sizes are correct.  I'm almost sure that if the shared fat32 drive
is under 2 gig ( the partition limit under old win95) the directory
statistics will be reported correctly as well.

Unless the version of Win 95 is OSR2 or later, since FAT32 was included in
them.
