You know how Windows is: there are many different ways to do
this, each with advantages and disadvantages.

If you don't really object to having the box come up, but just having
to click it, you can install TweakUI (free from MS, probably already
on your OS CD) and check Logon to Logon Automatically. From
then on, the dialog will appear, but Windows will automatically
"click" it by itself.

The problem with most of the methods of having the dialog appear
at all using Microsoft Networking with many flavors of Windows is
that they also prevent the dialup connectoids from saving their
passwords. However, if you don't want dialup connectoids to save
their passwords, or don't need Microsoft Networking, you have
several options. Just tell us what flavor Windows you have.
