Please check:
1) if the CPU is installed properly
2) is there a jumper on mobo to reset COMS, if so, make sure it's not on "clear"
position
3) is the RAM installed properly? sometimes it looks ok, but you do need to push a
bit harder into those DIMM slots. Also if you can check the RAM on other computer to
clean any memory issue
4) if all of above are ok, check the power supply, it may not capable to provide
enough power to all of your components.
