Hi,
you can definitely do that, but you may want to consult your
motherboard manual to determine which PCI slot is sharing the same IRQ
as the AGP port, if any. It's usually cascaded to the adjacent PCI
slot. By doing this you can avoid a conflict later. Also, some
motherboards will auto default a display source of one card as AGP or
PCI. If you power up with no display that's something to consider.
