Heat sink installed CPU usually can be seen in OEM version Intel CPU,
and it provides some advantages over the fan version.
1. Reliability. The heat sink is the most reliable component, but the
fan will be dead some day.
2. Quiet. The heat sink should be much quiet.

As you own just a P120 system, it wouldn't produce much heat that the
heat sink couldn't enough. Additional, your system already has a fan in
power supply. If you concern about the heat damage, place the cables in
the case together will be a good ideal for air flow.
