Brian,when I go to start,all program,accessories,and click on command 
prompt. the prompt comes up with C:\Documents and settings\customer>.even 
when I type in  *convert*c:/fs:ntfs* a message comes up saying ( convert is 
not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch 
file.)how do I correct this problem?
