Wendy, without giving the specific MB model I don't know for sure, but I
have a feeling that the motherboard you have selected uses the VIA MVP3
chipset.  I checked the Redfox web site and some of their boards do use
this chipset.  There have been problems with this chipset and USB.  However
VIA has provided a USB Filter Patch on their web site.  Check it out at
http://www.viatech.com or if that is too slow check out
http://www.via.com.tw (mirror sites).  After you download the patch, your
problems should disappear.

Please do not install this patch if you are unsure what chipset your MB uses.
