You have listed chipset numbers that are used by many different motherboard
mfg.  These chips provide the basic logic for a family of processor, memory
types and other devices.

In order to tell the particular board mfg. you need the BIOS string ID.  This
is usually shown first during bootup.  Once you have the board mfg. you can
get the drivers you need from either the mfg. site or some unofficial support
site.

It seems from your chipsets you likely have some AT based board like a Socket
Super 7.  I believe the SiS 530 chipset supports 100 MHz FSB.  You could use
AMD K6-2/3 CPUs if the board is Socket 7 at up to 600 MHz if the BIOS supports
the plus CPU.  If I am right about the version of hardware your USB will most
likely not meet the current standard.
