Low voltage due to faulty surge protectors and the add on switch panels
that set
under the monitor. I have had instances of both not giving full voltage and
causing
no end of error boxes and blue screens. It is something to check if you
seem to
be having these problems with no reasonable reason. I had one outlet on a
switch
panel that was giving only half of the 110 volts and sure enough the tower was
plugged in to it. Only takes a few minutes to check and may save a lot of
problems.
