Trying to find a low-cost solution for exporting video from a computer
to videotapes (VCR) and CD.  What are the minimal requirements of a
system with video capture/video out?  I was originally going to just get
a video capture card, but the cards are so expensive and system prices
are falling so dramatically, I thought it might be cheaper just to buy
an entire system with the video capture/video out already present...no
conflict worries, too!
