blue screen windows error message

Help someone...I am running windows ME and whenever I go to a certain folder
on my computer that I made to hold all of my animated gifts I click it to
open
it and it opens but then I get the blue screen windows error message
Error:OE:018F:BFF8E64B then I can't do anything but shut down.
It happens every time with the same folder. I scanned it as well as scanned
it with Norton's. It says there are no errors and no virus.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
