HI,

Any time you think of rinsing off an electrical item with water, try and
use "distilled" water only. Tap water will have impurities in it that
can cause worse problems than the initial one. Distilled water is pure,
as all impurities are left behind in the distillers vat and only pure
water is collected in the jug.

Thanks and have a Great Day!

Joe Lore

Would be interested in the learning the dishwasher method as I just
replaced a keyboard also that got something spilled on it. Thanks.
