When I click on'' Print", a box comes up that reads:

Incorrect Installation
Try removing the black print cartridge and reinstalling it.
Check "How do" for help.
Click OK to continue printing

OK                cancel printing            How do I

If I click "Cancel printing",   another box comes up and reads:  The
Printer is in use.
After I click OK, the article is printed but then another box
comes up and reads:

A new print cartridge has been installed.  For best print quality, cancel
printing and align Print cartridge.

         OK                          Cancel Print


If I click "Cancel Print"  another box comes up and reads
that Aligning cannot be done because the Printer is in use.
(It is not in use)

If I click OK,  the box goes away.
