It is quite possible that when the display driver loads and initializes the
graphics chip that it briefly glitches the refresh rate up to 75hz, and the
monitor flags it.

This would be a function of the video driver, so you might try installing
the latest one for it, otherwise since it is only a brief thing and doesn't
appear to cause any problems, it is not really worth it trying to solve it.
