Thanks Dean,

Since I posted I went to Tom's and saw good reviews for Gigabyte in general. That said, ALL MB reviews on Tiger Direct and Newegg site problems with boot-up and BSOD. Unfortunately it is a crap shoot. Think I will go with Gigabyte and see what happens. Tom's also likes Intel with DDR3. If I was just starting my build I would go with Intel and DDR3 but already have the AMD and DDR2.

As for the MSI MB's, they were all new. Exchanged the MB 3 times and the PS twice before I gave up.
